Nissan Motor Company held its 105th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel in Tokyo on June 23 (Wednesday), 2004. The meeting started with opening remarks from Mr. Carlos Ghosn, President and CEO, Nissan Motor, and proceeded to the report on business results for fiscal year 2003.
Following the reports on business by the president, a question and answer session was held. After all of the items had been voted, the meeting was closed at 12:55 p.m.
