• Nissan Altima sales volume increases by 59% year on year
  • Holds #1 position in sales for midsize car segment in Saudi Arabia

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – Known for its distinguished design, strong engine, innovative technologies, and best fuel efficiency in its segment, the Nissan Altima continues to show significant growth in Saudi Arabia. Its brand loyalty amongst Saudi consumers, underscores the success of the new Nissan Altima as it achieved a 59% increase in sales this year compared to last year, reinforcing its position as the best-selling midsize car in the Kingdom.

The 2017 Nissan Altima combines an 'Energetic Flow' design and an upgraded exterior which includes a V-Motion Grille and boomerang lamp headlights, while the 'Gliding Wing' interior displays a level of opulence that's reminiscent of the premium segment. The steering has also been reshaped and tuned to provide real time road input and precision (available only on SL grades).

Along with its new look, the X-Tronic D-Step continuously variable transmission (CVT), equipped in the new Nissan Altima is among the quietest in its segment and provides simple, efficient power delivery creating better fuel economy than traditional transmissions.

Nissan Intelligent Mobility (NIM), is at the heart of the brand's technology strategy, which represents cutting edge technological advances by Nissan across key areas such as performance, comfort and safety. The 2017 Nissan Altima features a variety of NIM technologies such as its first in class Predictive Forward Collision Warning (PFCW), the Blind Spot Warning (BSW), Forward Emergency Braking (FEB), and Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA) to provide drivers with high-stability control and reliable drive systems.
